Hi! I'm currently a second year MSCAPP student at the University of Chicago. I'm interested in elections, tech policy and solving interesting problems.
See my workAbout me
I grew up in Ireland, and graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in mathematics and statistics. I'm currently based in Chicago while pursuing a masters in computational analysis and public policy.
I'm interested in challenges at the intersection of technology and policy and opportunities to use data and tech for good.
Work
Interactive map developed for CAPP 30239 exploring the EPA's National Walkability Index at the block group level.
Prototype of a public data search tool for policy students, scraping datasets from national, local and non-governmental open data sources. I wrote the Canadian open data scraper and the dataset detail view page.
